This business planning course is based on the Business Basics Start-Up Guide.  It was developed to allow small business entrepreneurs the opportunity to work at their own pace to study and evaluate their ideas.

Blackboard is a virtual learning environment and course management system.  This Web-based server software is available 24/7 to enrolled students.
