Natalie has 30+ years of on-the-job experience and knowledge, as well as a SUNY JCC Certificate Degree in Office Technology. She provides administrative support for the director and our staff of business advisors. Natalie manages the office's day-to-day operation which includes handling client intake and case files, database entry and reporting, course programming, financial budget management, invoicing, among many other duties.
