Asset Protection Planning as well as Business Succession Planning

Save the date: Our March 2022 Women in Networking meeting is scheduled to be in person. The meeting will be about: Asset Protection Planning as well as Business Succession Planning with Jay William Frantz, Esq. Attorney and Counselor at Law. Jay is a graduate of Gowanda Central School (Valedictorian, class of 2003), holds a BS degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. After many years of general practice, Jay received an invitation to join Brooks & Brooks, LLP and now concentrates his practice in estate planning, asset protection planning, tax planning, business succession planning, and trust and estate administration. Jay also taught courses in Statistics and Business Communications at SUNY Fredonia for several years.
