My name is Melissa Baideme and I am the owner of CK Natural Fruit Juice in Westfield, NY. I bought the business in August 2021. When thinking of a name for the business, I wanted to include my two young boys. CK stands for Cole and Kane. We are the exclusive retail sales and small bulk provider of Growers’ Co-Op Concord, Niagara, and Catawba Grape Juice Concentrates as well as Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate. We also have Concord Grape Pie Filling & Topping as well. Growers’ Co-Op is the processing facility that was founded in 1929 by a small local group of grape farmers and now represents approximately 90 local grape farmers and over 3,000 acres of grapes in the Lake Erie Grape Region of New York and Pennsylvania. It truly is a family farmer owned company.

We at CK Natural Fruit Juice sell approximately 15,000-20,000 gallons of concentrate a year. Our biggest seller is the Concord Grape Concentrate. Unlike most of our competitors, our products are strictly 100% Concord Grapes. All our fruits we process are 100% juice. We do not use any additives, fillers, added sugars or artificial flavors and we are also a Gluten free facility. Our Concord Concentrate is a 68 brix. One gallon of the concentrate will make 5.375 gallons of ready to drink juice!
