How The Resource Center helps Small Businesses with guest speakers Jacqueline Phelps and Terri Johnson.

Jacqueline Phelps joined The Resource Center in 2022 as the Assistant Executive Director of QAQI & Compliance. Her team handles incident management, corporate compliance, and safety for the agency. Before joining TRC, Jacqueline spent nearly 10 years working for Congressman Tom Reed, ending her government career as District Director after serving as the longtime Director of Constituent Services.

Terri has served as Director of Employment and Community Supports for ten years. Terri has been at The Resource Center for 24 years and has spent most of her career focusing on finding and creating employment options for people with disabilities as well as building employee retention programs. She has focused on new program development and community collaborations. With program development in mind, Terri has started programs to create and enhance employment skills such as the National Project SEARH program, as well as local endeavors like CHQ Plus.  With a strong focus on Community, Terri’s programs at The Resource Center are all about supporting people with Disabilities to build and foster their own relationships and develop social capital as well as employment skills.
