Making decisions can be time consuming, frustrating, and confusing. Do you find it difficult to make decisions; to determine what the real issue is? Is procrastination becoming a regular activity because you put off making decisions for your business? Â
In this Creative Problem Solving workshop, the group determine a solution to one problem that is common to the group and decided on by the group. You will also re-engage with the brainstorming process, learning the four steps that make it most effective. Creativity tools will help you make decisions from a number of options.
