About the event

Please join us for our Women In Networking meeting that focuses on being Work Life Strong with guest speaker Cindy Aronson.

How people feel at work matters. A workplace culture of well-being fuels people, business and communities. It gives companies - both large and small - a competitive advantage and helps professionals and the bottom line, thrive. And post-pandemic, it's more important than ever.  A recent survey of U.S. executives stated expectations for workplace happiness are higher now than they were five years ago. Yet only 51% felt their workforce was happier. So how do we get there?

The Work Life Strong workshop can help. We'll share insight and solutions from the leading edge of workforce wellbeing. You will:

  • Discover the benefits of a thriving workplace culture and the key attributes that fuel wellbeing.
  • Learn to apply the attributes of wellbeing with frameworks and tools that lead to success.
  • Be inspired to confidently take action to ensure you and your team work life strong.
