Guest speaker Jane Fischer is a Creative Change Facilitator, offering training, facilitation, and coaching for personal and organizational development. Her passion is to help individuals, teams, and organizations arrive at creative solutions to the challenging and ambiguous problems they face, and to do so through positive mindsets.

Jane has over 25 years of experience in organizing and delivering educational and professional development workshops, training curriculum, process facilitation, and group experience activities. Her work is focused on supporting the integration of creativity into all aspects of personal, professional, organizational, and community development efforts. Jane’s workshops and programs are highly interactive, allowing individuals and groups to explore and experience ways to enhance collaboration, adaptability, communication, resilience, and other elements that bring the best out of people and teams. She infuses principles and practices of creative problem solving, creative leadership, creative thinking tools, collaborative mindsets, applied improvisation, and purposeful play to build and boost participants’ mindsets, skill sets, and tool sets.
