Our speaker will be Sarah Bigney. Sarah is the co-founder and owner of Crown Street Roasting Company in Jamestown, NY. She, with her husband, have a mission to provide an unparalleled customer experience, superior coffee and culinary quality, and full-spectrum education on the coffee that we consume.

Sarah is passionate about entrepreneurship and coffee. She enjoys having the opportunity to be an active part of the downtown community, and help educate consumers about what coffee is, how it's grown, and the global social and economic impacts that surround this industry.
