Legal Issues for Women in Business 

Guest speaker, Kristin M. Lee Yaw, is Managing Attorney at Hall & Lee Yaw, LLP, attorneys in Jamestown, New York. She focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Administration, Real Property, Business and Social Security Disability.

The presentation will focus on legal issues women in business should know including minority owned companies, government contracts, establishing guardianship and trusts, and general directives (what they do and who should have them).

About Kristin M. Lee Yaw, Esq. – She earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia, attended Law School at University at Buffalo and is the current President of the Jamestown Bar Association.
