As the Executive Director of YWCA Jamestown, Amanda Gesing works to ensure the organization is committed internally and externally to the mission. Responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization, Amanda drives the mission, fundraising, operations and board and community engagement.  Exuding a leadership style that motivates, Amanda has led the implementation of  practices that create a working environment that is inclusive for everyone. Amanda is a proud graduate of Northern Kentucky University and proud to call Chautauqua County home..  When she is not working, Amanda enjoys snowboarding and playing pickleball with her husband Josh and their three sons.
