Connie and Jack Thayer have been operating Portage Pie in Westfield, since 2011. Along with many happy customers, they can claim media attention from Buffalo Spree and a PBS documentary where they were named one of the ten best pie shops in the country!
They make classic good pies with delicious fruits and high-quality ingredients. They are a wonderful success story that has seen tremendous growth and the inclusion of family members that will hopefully continue baking up happiness for year to come.
