Creative & Collaborative Teams

Numerous studies and surveys show that leaders and employers view creativity and collaboration as increasingly desirable and important in their organizations. Creativity and collaboration are useful in complex situations or in times of change, but they don’t just “happen.” Building and supporting effective creativity and collaboration in teams requires the right conditions, mindsets, processes, and tools. Participants in this session will learn about and experience ways creativity and collaboration can help a team (and individuals) thrive. Session flow will be lively and active yet will allow time for individual reflection and incubation.

Through participation in this workshop, participants will explore and learn about important conditions, mindsets, practices, and tools that contribute to team creativity and collaboration. Areas explored will include:

• Connection
• Communication

And, of course:

• Collaboration

Jane Fischer is a Creative Change Facilitator, offering training, facilitation, and coaching for personal and organizational development. She is also a Creativity Trainer with the Creative Education Foundation. Her passion is to help individuals, teams, and organizations arrive at creative solutions to the challenging and ambiguous problems they face, and to do so through positive mindsets and skill sets.
