Discover the Power of AI for Small Business

(August 19, 2024) The Small Business Development Center at Jamestown Community College is pleased to offer AI Training for Small Businesses on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 9-10am in the Carnahan Theater on the Jamestown Campus, 525 Falconer Street (cost $10).  For more information, www.sbdcjcc.org or call 716-338-1024.

Artificial Intelligence has become a hot topic in the small business community, but are you ready to harness its potential for your business?  This workshop is designed to equip individuals and businesses with cutting edge insights into AI and its transformative potential across various industries.  Participants will learn how AI can enhance your business operations, help automate tasks, analyze data, and improve customer interactions, and get answers to your specific questions.

Our speaker, Greg Chanese is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the Capital Region of New York, where he has worked across various sectors. Throughout his career, Greg has leveraged his expertise in marketing, business management, and technology to drive the mission and goals of the organizations he has served. As a business advisor with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University at Albany, one of Greg’s focuses has been helping the small business community navigate the world of artificial intelligence, and currently co-leads a national group of advisors on understanding and communicating how small businesses can utilize this newer technology.


Administered by the US Small Business Administration, the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Jamestown Community College (JCC) vision is to create economic sustainability for all New Yorkers – one business at a time.  The SBDC delivers high quality business counseling and training to clients looking to start a business or improve the performance of an existing business.  Services are free and confidential and include a range of management and technical assistance from business plan development, accounting guidance, productivity enhancement and export assistance to loan information, marketing, and financial planning among other services.
